Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice bedroom, lounge, equipped kitchen, and balcony. While the bathroom seemed outdated, the cleanliness was impeccable. The food was tasty but somewhat repetitive, and the dinner rush could make guests feel hurried. The underground restaurant goes unused, which is a missed opportunity.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable. While the restaurant experience could be more diverse, the location is ideal, close to attractions and amenities. The service is friendly and accommodating, providing a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I stayed in was really bad with no view; it felt like a prison cell. On the bright side, the room was very spacious, with air conditioning, and kept clean with fresh towels daily. The service, despite some complaints and feuds among staff members, was overall excellent and the staff were kind and accommodating. The location was a bit busy with rude and ignorant guests, but it was near Carthage Land and Aqua Land, making it convenient for families. The dining experience offered delicious food, although it was a bit repetitive. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
